Our mission is to prepare the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the digital economy.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented Student Recruitment & Partnerships Officer to drive student enrolments by building relationships with parents, schools, community organisations, and corporate partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, engaging with people, and meeting enrolment targets.

You will serve as the face of The Future Founders Lab, representing the organisation at schools, events, exhibitions, and community engagements while ensuring prospective families receive an excellent experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student enrolment by identifying and converting prospective learners into registered students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, learning institutions, and community organisations.
  • Schedule and conduct school visits, presentations, career talks, and parent information sessions.
  • Represent The Future Founders Lab at exhibitions, education fairs, holiday programmes, and community events.
  • Respond to enquiries from parents and guardians via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
  • Follow up with prospective parents to guide them through the registration and enrolment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolled students.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, NGOs, SACCOs, churches and corporate organisations to promote our programmes.
  • Collect feedback from parents and schools to help improve our programmes and customer experience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly enrolment and partnership reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum 15 student enrolments per month.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective students.
  • Secure new school and community partnerships each month.
  • Achieve high enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely follow-up on all enquiries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Probation (First 3 Months)

  • Salary: KES 30,000 per month
  • Minimum Target: 12 student enrolments per month

Upon Successful Confirmation

  • Salary: KES 40,000 per month + KES 1,000 bonus for every student enrolled above the monthly target of 15 student enrolments per month
